New Oc: Luis the Chalkboard Prince

Ugh.. yet another Oc... Whatever.. I'm out of control and depressed. I know y'all think they're great some BS but I'm not being exactly faithful to my first baby boy, Xander..And I feel I've lost some respect from some people... But this is Luis. His name and title are in the title of the pic. I'll come back and add more to him. But for now this is all I'm giving:

His body is made of Chalkboard, and his hair is made of Chalk Eraser bristles. His eyes are naturally large and Deep Blue. He uses Black chalk like Eyeliner to makes the blue POP and White chalk to define his upper lip. His hair produces Chalk residue used for making the best chalk in all of Ooo. His spots on his cheeks and joints are natural chalk spots that produce, wait for it, CHALK~ So I hope you like him. And I guess my indecisive ass will figure what to do.
